ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order with Bedlam Brewery you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 18.
When you give Bedlam Brewery your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card to order from us.
All payments made to Bedlam Brewery on our website are managed securely by Paypal. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. If this happens we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason this can be done via PayPal.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Unhappy with our service or with a beer we’ve sent you? Want a refund and/or to return your beer? We won’t ever quibble. Just give us a call on 01273 978015 or email Orders@bedlambrewery.co.uk and we’ll sort you out. It usually takes 2 to 3 days to process refunds once the goods have been returned.
Delivery to mainland UK only. Delivery is not included in all of our prices, but is quoted before any payment is processed.
We use a 48 hour delivery service, which delivers within the working week and therefore delivery to mainland UK addresses is typically 48 hours, but can be between 3 – 5 working days; especially at busy times like the run up to Christmas but we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible.
We take your privacy very seriously and will only pass your details on to 3rd parties when necessary to fulfill your order e.g. couriers. We’ll never ever sell your data.
We may from time to time email you about any offers or promotions that we are running.
PRODUCTS AND PROMOTIONS
Any promotions, discounts or vouchers are single use only and not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw products offered by us and that are displayed on our website without notice.
You must be 18 or over to purchase beer from this website.
Full payment will be taken upon booking and we ask that you bring a printed copy of your confirmation email with you on your tour.
We offer the following cancellation:
Notice Period (days before the Tour is due to start)
Cancellation Fee (% of the total price payable for the Tour)
Less than 3 working days notice (working days means that Saturdays & Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in this period) – 100%
Between 4 – 25 days – 50%
More than 26 days – Full refund
Any refunds due will be processed by refunding you on the Credit or Debit Card used by you to pay for the tour.
Please note dates and times may be subject to change, due to events beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes with regard to your booking via email.

You will remain responsible for the acts and omissions of all people in your group attending the Tour, including where damage is caused to our premises or where we receive a complaint from another customer and you are responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with this accordingly.
We promote responsible drinking at all times and it is not the intention of this website and any promotion we may advertise on it, to in any way encourage the consumption of excessive amounts of alcohol. Please enjoy our tour and drink responsibly.
