Bedlam Pale Ale BottleTasting notes >
Bedlam Pale Ale
Pale Ale (4.8%)

Brewed using US hops, including Mosaic & Amarillo. Subtle flavours of blackcurrant, loganberry and lemon citrus balanced with distinctive aromas of citrus peel, orange, pine and lychee. Inspired by the modern generation of "Pales", but finished with a refined subtlety.

Award AwardBedlam Pale Ale BottleTasting notes >
Bedlam Phoenix
Phoenix (3.9%)

An Extra Pale American Ale with some of the boldest US Hops: Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. Top fermenting yeast used in many of the iconic American craft beers is imported and pitched to give its characteristic dry, soft, smooth and clean finish.

AwardBedlam Amagansett Tasting notes >
Bedlam Amagansett
Amagansett (5%)

Brewed with classic aromatic hops, Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo, this is a quintessential American Pale Ale rich with the bouquet of citrus, melon, apricot and peach. A complex malt bill introduces some higher sugars, giving it a full body and balancing the strength of the hops.

It's a simple straightforward approach. We aim to brew the best beer that we can, using only the finest natural ingredients.

Bedlam currently offers 4 different cask beers on draft or by the bottle. Last year we brewed our first Lager brew, a German styled Pilsner, brewed to 4.2% available in keg and bottle. We are also really excited to have just launched our first kegged Pale Ale 4.8%. A sessionable Pale Ale that borrows inspiration from the US but uses UK grown hops, resulting in a refined, more delicate beer, yet still recognisable in style and packed with flavour. All of our beers are brewed using whole cone hops and the best barley malt we can find. In the case of our Harvest Ale "Pilgrim" we only use hops grown by us on the farm.

Based on our farm near Brighton, we feel passionately about our environment. All of the energy required for brewing comes from solar panels, we've planted and harvest our own hops, and we even supply local farmers with all of our spent grain and hops for FREE, which they then use as feed for their cattle.
