Do I qualify for free delivery?
If your order is over £50 you automatically qualify for free delivery. There will be no shipping charge applied at checkout.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All couriered orders will be dispatched on a Thursday (order by midnight Wednesday), for delivery on the Friday.
All local deliveries will be delivered on Thursday or Friday (order by midnight Wednesday).
All orders for collection will be from Bar 42 in Haywards Heath, and will be ready for collection from 3pm on Thursday (order by midnight Wednesday).
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be sent tracking information via email directly from the courier within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Collections or local deliveries cannot be tracked.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
If there is no-one at home the driver will leave a calling card with instructions.
If you have provided your mobile number or email address, the courier will send you a notification confirming this.
Are there any exceptions to National Delivery?
We can only deliver to mainland England and Wales, as well as Scottish border regions. Please email email@example.com if you have any queries regarding delivery to IOW, Highlands or Scottish Islands.
If you would like to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of placing your order. Bedlam Brewery reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Any returned items will need to be returned in their original condition. Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid within 5-10 business days.
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.
Bedlam Brewery cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.
Exchanges (Merchandise Only)
If you would like to change the size of your item then please follow our returns procedure above. If it is a direct swap with no price difference, we will simply send you the new item upon receipt of the original. If there is a price difference, we will need to process a refund (as per the refund policy) and ask you to place a new order.
Please contact us to ensure alternate sizes are in stock.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email from APC with your tracking information.
Please leave details when placing your order regarding delivery details, including where to leave your order if you are not going to be home – ie in a safe place/with a neighbour. Our Courier may require a signature upon receipt of the parcel, this can be from a recipient at the delivery address or a neighbour. Bedlam Brewery will not accept responsibility for lost parcels.
If the courier is unable to deliver they will leave a card with details of re-delivery and then will try and post it 2 more times before returning it back to the depot.
In some cases you may be given the option to pick up the parcel from the depot.
If after the 2 more re-tries they have been unable to deliver, the parcel will be returned to Bedlam Brewery.
