Code of conduct

At Bedlam Brewery, we have ZERO TOLERANCE for: racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence or harassment in any way, shape or form. We will not tolerate any aggressions, microaggressions, innuendos or exclusionary jokes against one another. Sexual language and imagery is not welcome. We do not discriminate and continue to employ staff whose fundamental beliefs are akin to our business.

Our staff are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others at all times.

Bedlam continues to work hard to become a physical and mental safe space and any violation of our Code of Conduct can result in disciplinary action and/or termination of employment or working relationship. Anyone observing or party to an incident that violates the Code of Conduct shall report it via an online form to which it will be assessed and actioned accordingly by HR. We are a community and a transgression against one is a transgression against all. We are committed to increasing diversity at Bedlam Brewery and within the Craft Brewing Industry.
