We are committed to brewing the best quality beer you’ll find anywhere, which starts with using only the finest quality ingredients.
We work with local suppliers to source the finest malts and hops from around the world. Our malts come from Crisp Malting, who have been producing the finest malts since 1870. Our hops are sourced from Charles Faram, who have been hop suppliers for over 150 years and have the largest range of hops available from all over the world. We always try and source hops from UK growers, but our terroir and climate means that for our more hop forward beers we often have to look to the US, New Zealand or South Africa for more juicy, tropical flavours.
Finally, we use rigorous quality control during the brewing process. Our beers are tasted up to ten times during production to ensure that we consistently achieve the best quality – it’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!
