DARK COPPER RED BEER

A strong, dark, copper-red beer brewed with rich, fruity, German malts producing a rewarding, robust winter beer combining flavours of rich caramel and dried fruit. The depth of fruit and richness comes from a traditional estery English yeast strain and complementary malts. A density of flavour is woven into the beer from the addition of a blend of oak and beech wood chips during fermentation.
